1. Return & Replacement Window

  • You may report issues within 21 days from the date of delivery.

  • Performance-related concerns must be evaluated after a 14-day usage period under normal operating conditions to allow the product to stabilize and operate as intended.

To ensure fair and accurate assessment, performance-related concerns must be:

  • Tested under normal, optimal conditions

  • Free from environmental interference such as:

    • Rain

    • High humidity

    • Poor lighting

    • Abnormal weather conditions

When needed, our support team may request photos or videos showing the product in operation to help us properly diagnose and assist.

3. Replacement-First Resolution

If a product is confirmed to be:

  • Not functioning as intended

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

We will provide a free replacement as the primary resolution.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only if:
